BLM Mortgage Division

MPS now offers the
BLM Mortgage Division.
Here we support Black lives by donating 10% of all net revenue
to BLM every quarter.

Ask your MPS
Mortgage Consultant
to originate your home loan in this division and
help the movement while still getting the same great products, tailored rates and support services offered by MPS.
Your mortgage at MPS will do some good in the country we love and forgive.

Until the African-American community and all people of color in the United States are safe to walk, safe to drive, free to ask questions of law enforcement, safe to travel to any state, free to participate and they are simply presumed innocent
like everyone else - they cannot be considered free nor can they
be considered equal.

Why we do it

MPS is grateful for the hundreds of legacy clients from Austin’s Black, southern baptist congregations. Along with their friends and coworkers, they helped to build MPS and it’s never been forgotten.

It’s not just talk and money.
Real change requires action. We continuously refine our corporate culture and our marketing efforts to make inclusion and fairness their core. We listen to our client’s experiences and we make everyone aware of the real estate
opportunities that we find.

But since mortgaging is our area of expertise, we actively provide free real estate and mortgage classes to communities of color, accessing them through our clientele, civic organizations and places of worship. Why is that our focus?

What else we do

Helping to Build Generational Wealth

People of color in this nation have been largely robbed of generational wealth.
So MPS helps to
restore at least a little of it. We use corporate culture, targeted education, our BLM Mortgage division and homeownership support services to help communities of color acquire and maintain their real estate portfolios.

This, along with tailored mortgage strategies, allows clients of color to build generational wealth. Generational wealth gives families financial flexibility, offers access to higher education, allows
for investment and small business opportunities and it’s fundamental to community building and
sociopolitical strength.

Actively participating in all of this is how MPS interprets being an
Equal Opportunity Lender.

To schedule free community education at your civic organization, place of worship, business, place of employment or any other gathering, please
email us with “BLM Community Education” in the Subject line.
