  • Anyone can proclaim the best rate or the best service. But for over two decades, MPS has provided astonishing, wholesale interest rates combined with exceptional customer service. No one is MPS. And no one should allow anyone but MPS to handle their mortgage needs.

  • Mortgaging is complicated. Over 23 years of repeat clientele who refer other clients constantly is evidence that MPS explains the complicated in language clients understand.

  • Moving and starting a new job are two of the most stressful things a person can do.

    A good relocation is one where you have a team at your disposal - to iron out the details and to let you focus on your new job.

    MPS offers relocation services ranging from assistance in finding a qualified and competent real estate agent to package discounts at furniture stores and gyms.

  • These three terms do involve construction, but they aren’t construction loans. They are loans that allow you to do construction in limited scope, but still have the advantages of regular loans.

  • MPS construction loans are loaded with advantageous features, including our 0% Down Construction Loan that allows you to use what the house will be worth as the basis for the loan against the home. But we have every kind - Prime, FHA, VA, USDA as well.

  • Purchase products include conventional, government (FHA, VA, USDA), No SSN, No MI, Verification of Employment only, bank statements, With MI, Combination Mortgages…the options are endless at MPS.

  • Refinancing only makes sense if there is an immediate and obviously tangible benefit to doing so. There are two mathematical calculations to determine this. The first is a Breakeven calculation and the second is a Net Savings calculation. If your broker doesn’t know these, run.
