The charge for all commercial financing is 4.000% of the loan amount without exception. This is because commercial financing takes far longer than a residential loan and takes a large number of staff hours, as compared to residential financing.
The cost for reserving commercial financing here is $4.00 which will be credited against the compensation due.
All of the four transaction types above can be performed on the following property types, contingent on wholesaler product at the time of closing:

Warehouses
Apartment buildings
Condominium complexes
Data centers
Distribution centers
Research facilities

In some instances, the lender that we broker the loan to, will pay HomeStart. When that happens, we do not just keep it and make extra. When it happens, we credit you, the client, for the total amount received from the lender and it is deducted from the 4.000% compensation charge. In that event, a separate product is used called the Compensation Split product to lower client costs.
